I do not accept insurance. Private pay only.

Why private pay?

Choosing private pay allows therapy to be guided by your needs rather than insurance requirements. This means we can focus on your goals, move at a pace that feels right for you, and tailor our work together without the restrictions that can accompany insurance-based care.

Many clients appreciate the added privacy, flexibility, and freedom to explore concerns that may not fit within a medical diagnosis.

I prefer to meet clients in-person at my office space in downtown Belton, Texas.

However, if telehealth appointments better suit your needs, I am able to meet with any Texas resident online via the SimplePractice platform.

My work is grounded in Gestalt therapy and incorporates experiential and creative interventions designed to increase awareness and support meaningful change.

Rather than focusing solely on talking about problems, we may explore how thoughts, emotions, and patterns are experienced in the present moment.

Together, we will use exercises, dialogue, and experiments tailored to your unique needs and goals.

Most clients begin with weekly sessions to build momentum and establish a strong foundation for the work.

As your needs, goals, and circumstances evolve, the frequency of sessions may change.

Together, we will determine a pace that feels supportive and meaningful for you.

No diagnosis is required.

Many clients seek counseling to better understand themselves, work through challenges, or create positive change in their lives.
